Job Summary

The School's Out Site Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a Before and/or After School program at one of our locations. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work with children and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement daily programs and curriculum
  • Supervise and train site staff and volunteers
  • Build and maintain relationships with school and administrative staff, as well as parents
  • Ensure compliance with NH Child Care Licensing regulations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one of the following: bachelor's degree in elementary education or recreation, associate's degree in child development or education, or certification as a recreation director with 1000 hours of experience
  • 2000 hours of experience working with children, with current certification as a Para II educator or documentation of enrollment in a child development course
