POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Guest Services Representative, your primary responsibility will be to warmly welcome guests, verify their information, and assist them with the check-in process. You will be instrumental in our commitment to enhancing the guest experience and creating memorable moments that extend beyond their stay.
COMPENSATION: $18.10/hour
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel like part of the MGM Resorts community.
- Anticipate guest needs and address any inquiries promptly, adhering to our service excellence standards.
- Facilitate smooth management of early and late arrivals and departures.
- Assist with walk-ins and ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes.
- Encourage enrollment in MGM Rewards to foster guest loyalty.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping and other departments to meet guest expectations.
- Securely issue room keys to guests.
- Prioritize guest security, privacy, and confidentiality throughout their visit.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel operations as a front desk agent, concierge, or similar role is preferred.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Maintain discretion with sensitive information.
- Availability to work any shift (Day: 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM, Swing: 3:00 PM - 11:45 PM, Overnight: 11:00 PM - 7:45 AM).
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays is necessary.
