Customer Service Manager

The Customer Service Manager plays a crucial role in providing an exceptional customer experience at Food Lion. As a key member of the Front End team, this position is responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions, and promoting sales through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide fast, easy, flexible, and friendly service to customers through achievement of Food Lion customer service standards.
- Assist the Customer Service Manager and Assistant Customer Service Manager in maintaining standards according to the Front End Standard Practice Manual.
- Maximize sales through excellent customer service and maintain knowledge of office procedures including cash reports, register checkups, deposits, Western Union, money orders, and Coinstar.
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year based on location and experience.
