We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at DispatchHealth Management. As a key member of our clinical care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Comprehensive Care: Work collaboratively with our DispatchHealth Medical Technicians (DHMTs) to provide comprehensive health assessments, diagnose and treat complex illnesses, and develop personalized care plans for patients.
- Provide Therapeutic Interventions: Perform minor procedures, such as splinting, suturing, and wound care, as well as administer medications and IV fluids as needed.
- Communicate Effectively: Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Lead Your Practice: Take ownership of your practice, making informed decisions that prioritize patient care and well-being.
- Advanced Degree: Possess a graduate degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field, such as nursing or physician assistant studies.
- Clinical Experience: Bring a minimum of two years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in a relevant setting, such as emergency medicine, urgent care, or internal medicine.
- Licensure and Certification: Hold current, unrestricted state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, as well as national board certification.
- Prescriptive Authority: Possess prescriptive authority and a DEA license.
- Physical Demands: Be able to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds, as well as walk up and down stairs easily.
