About the RoleThis is a full-time or part-time position that involves providing out-patient services for children and families and/or adults. As a Therapist, you will work with clients to identify and address mental health issues, develop coping strategies, and improve overall well-being.
Responsibilities- Meet with clients in individual, group, or family sessions to assess and address mental health needs.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
- Licensed in the state of Maryland as a LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LCPC.
- Previous experience in psychotherapy or a related field is desired.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
