Position Summary:

As a cleaning professional, you will meticulously clean client residences utilizing Merry Maids' specialized cleaning techniques and products. Your role will involve delivering exceptional customer service through consistent and thorough cleaning practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize Merry Maids cleaning solutions and methods to maintain cleanliness in client homes
  • Employ provided tools, including vacuums and microfiber cloths
  • Ensure all areas of the home are cleaned, including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, countertops, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floors
  • Capable of cleaning floors on hands and knees in kitchens and bathrooms
  • Vacuum all stairs, carpets, hard surfaces, and furniture
  • Move all reasonably movable furniture to clean underneath and behind
  • Transport all cleaning supplies and equipment to and from the office, vehicle, and clients' homes
  • Assist in maintaining inventory and equipment
  • Foster a positive work environment with a friendly demeanor and contribute to team success by being punctual and in uniform
  • Show respect and understanding towards colleagues and clients
Required Qualifications:
  • Ability to distinguish between various cleaning products and their applications
  • Capability to comprehend cleaning instructions
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Physical capability to lift and carry 20 lbs. of equipment
  • Ability to handle regular exposure to pet hair, dust, mold, mildew, and cleaning agents
  • Must possess a valid driver's license for travel to different job sites
