Objective:
To become the preferred service provider for delivering top-tier operational technology aimed at controlling, automating, operating, analyzing, and optimizing industrial assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign tasks and oversee apprentice-level team members.
- Install conduit and MC-HL type cables in compliance with NEC standards.
- Install and troubleshoot various relays, VFDs, and both wireless and wired instrumentation and controllers.
- Work with diverse process, compression, and metering equipment in the oil and gas sectors.
- Install electrical power, control, measurement, and safety systems for upstream and midstream operations.
- Generate and maintain detailed work records and documentation.
- Calibrate and troubleshoot instrumentation effectively.
- Configure and troubleshoot Electronic Flow Meters (EFMs).
- Install and troubleshoot radio and cellular modems.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least five (5) years of experience in instrumentation and electrical work within the industrial oil and gas sectors.
- Experience in all project phases for the installation of instrumentation and electrical systems.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Current knowledge of NFPA 70E (NEC code book) standards.
- Relevant regulatory safety training.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient in interpreting and modifying electrical schematics and diagrams.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, switchgear, and circuit types with troubleshooting capabilities.
- Ability to work on low and medium voltage equipment and circuits.
- Familiarity with electrical components commonly used in the oil and gas industry.
- Skilled in installing, wiring, and testing PLCs, RTUs, and EFMs.
- Commitment to safety and hazard recognition.
- Ability to maintain composure and demonstrate leadership in challenging situations.
- Expertise in calibrating and troubleshooting process instrumentation.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Detail-oriented and results-driven with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Effective problem-solving abilities with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Primarily field-based position, subject to time constraints and collaborative input.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and comply with company driving policies.
- Per diem provided for travel-related expenses.
