Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of group benefits clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with the sales team to drive growth and retention.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in group benefits insurance, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of related group benefits account management experience
  • Pennsylvania Life and Health Insurance license
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
