About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our Water business team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and participating in pursuits and campaigns for major projects, engaging in relationship development, and collaborating with senior leadership to assess potential markets and analyze business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform in-depth evaluation and alternative analyses to support project decisions and resolve complex situations
  • Lead and participate in pursuits and campaigns for major projects
  • Engage in relationship development and positioning with clients and partners
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to assess potential markets and analyze business opportunities
  • Support Project Managers with technical evidence-based proposals and provide guidance to team members
  • Lead, manage, and monitor progress of civil technical elements within each phase of a project
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 10 years of related work experience and a Professional Engineer (PE) license. A bachelor's degree in Engineering with an emphasis in Civil Engineering is required.
