Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Verdantas. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the growth of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development activities and work with the management team to develop business development initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, attracting and retaining key talent, and setting expectations and managing performance.
  • Coordinate project priorities, staffing schedules, and staff assignments to ensure consistency and excellence in project execution and optimal financial performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Current Ohio Professional Engineer (P.E.) License required (Michigan is a plus).
  • 10+ years of related work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Existing strong client relationships in the Northwestern Ohio area preferred.
