Fleet Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Coordinator to join our team at Apex Systems. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our Fleet customers and dealers, while building strong relationships to support our CSI/DSI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a single point of contact for inquiries and requests from customers, dealers, sales, and other internal partners related to servicing the Fleet portfolio.
  • Responsible for timely follow-up on delegated items and minimizing legal and financial risk through procedural compliance and processing excellence.
  • Prepare legal documents for account modifications, including lease renewals, lease rewrites, and other related tasks.
  • Respond timely to inquiries received via mail, email, cases, and phone, providing account information and performing account updates as requested.
  • Complete requests related to account questions, title release, and document and payoff provision, ensuring completion of issues delegated to other areas within the organization.
  • Build relationships with internal partners to minimize risk of non-compliance with partner policies.
  • Work with the Office of Tax Affairs to determine appropriate account taxation and collect necessary tax exemption documents from the customer.
  • Review unapplied incoming payments daily and research for posting instructions, coordinating timely account dispositions and title release with the ART department.
  • Manage maturing leases, initiate contact with the customer, consult on available lease end options, and determine the customer's intention.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, BA/BS preferred.
  • 3-5 years of overall work experience, including experience in collections, compliance, customer service, and remarketing.
