We are seeking a skilled Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our team at Pepsi Beverages North America. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and safety of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of equipment, including automobiles, trucks, vans, and forklifts.
  • Utilize leading-edge technology and programs to diagnose and repair complex issues.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, while also receiving coaching and direction as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including vehicle records and pre-trip checklists.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of gas and diesel repair, hydraulic and air brake systems, and internal combustible engines.
  • Ability to lift, pinch, bend, reach, climb, and manipulate objects with or without accommodation.
  • Valid Forklift Driving Skills test certification (if applicable).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with computer systems, including i-pad, desktop computers, hand-held computers, and laptop computers.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing standards, including use of Mitchell 1 and OEM Support tools.
  • Ability to drive trucks requiring a Class A or B CDL.
  • Experience repairing heavy-duty equipment, including class 8, 7, 6, and medium-duty trucks.
