About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our team at Pepsi Beverages North America. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and safety of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of vehicles and equipment, including automobiles, trucks, vans, and forklifts.
  • Utilize leading-edge technology and programs to diagnose and repair complex issues.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating with other team members as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including drivers and operations teams.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy equipment repair or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of gas and diesel repair, hydraulic and air brake systems, and internal combustible engines.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and maneuver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a CDL (if required).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with computers and diagnostic tools.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing standards and quality control procedures.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
