Job Description

This role involves independently performing a variety of assignments that require the application of standard architectural techniques for small projects or selected segments of larger projects. The incumbent must be capable of exercising independent judgment in evaluating, selecting, and applying standard architectural design techniques, procedures, and criteria to make minor design adaptations and modifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform design work with minimal supervision, requiring the investigation of a limited number of variables.
  • Apply standard architectural design techniques and procedures to make minor design adaptations and modifications.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A 5-year degree in Architecture.
  • Typically 1-3 years' related experience.
  • The ability to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
  • The ability to walk job sites, which may include climbing stairs and navigating construction sites.
  • Up to 20% travel by both air and ground.

Compensation and Benefits
