Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Architect to join our team of talented professionals in delivering high-quality projects from concept to completion. As a Senior Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading and supporting multidisciplinary teams in shaping innovative architectural designs, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior architects and designers to develop innovative and functional architectural designs.
  • Utilize architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM) for detailed project plans and drawings.
  • Evaluate designs for accuracy and quality, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, providing regular feedback and support to nurture their growth and development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture plus a minimum of six years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • Licensed Architect.
  • US Citizenship is a requirement due to the nature of the work this hire will support.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (BArch) or Bachelor of Science in Architecture + Masters degree in Architecture with 10+ years of relevant experience in design, resolving technical issues, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • Experience supporting Federal and/or Higher Education projects is preferred.
  • Revit and BIM as well as experience in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, InDesign, and software such as Rhino, SketchUp, or other visualization tools.

Estimated Salary Range

$110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on location and individual qualifications.
