About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Accountant to join our team in Cleveland. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and property management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review financial statements for accuracy and completeness
  • Analyze cash flows, distributions, and funding requests to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Ensure bank reconciliations are accurate and up-to-date
  • Process payments efficiently and effectively, collaborating with other team members as needed
  • Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries and reviews
  • Prepare comprehensive financial packages, including general ledger reviews and balance sheet support schedules
  • Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in property management, preferably with ADP experience
  • Public accounting certification a plus

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to split your time between the office and remote work.
