Position Overview:

This role is designed for candidates who have attained a PhD in a relevant discipline and possess several years of applicable post-doctoral experience.

Applicants should be eager to engage in diverse tasks and projects, demonstrating a commitment to learning and developing creative methodologies that cater to client requirements.

The position is available in one of our offices, and we offer a flexible hybrid work policy that accommodates part-time remote work.


Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee the execution of moderate to large-scale research initiatives, including supervising junior staff and ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and budget constraints.

• Design and implement comprehensive research and analysis strategies.

• Develop and assess various evaluation tools, including cognitive and non-cognitive assessments (e.g., job knowledge tests, situational judgment tests, personality assessments, and physical abilities tests).

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data obtained through multiple channels (e.g., focus groups, surveys, tests, existing databases, alignment workshops).
• Utilize a range of analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS, R, Python, IRT software).
• Conduct classical and IRT item analyses, test scoring, equating, and standard setting.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to internal teams and/or clients.
• Lead or assist in developing proposals to secure new contracts.
• Mentor and guide junior staff members.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, management, and clients, promoting a strong team-oriented approach.

Qualifications:
• PhD in Educational Measurement, Quantitative Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• A minimum of six years of relevant post-doctoral experience.
• Experience with non-cognitive assessments is essential.
• Familiarity with multidimensional forced choice (MFC) assessments is preferred.
• Knowledge of the MUPP and GGUM Models is advantageous.
• Willingness to engage in a variety of projects across different business lines.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage personal and team workloads.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, either as a member or a leader.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards for product and service quality.
• Enthusiasm for learning and developing innovative solutions to meet client needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain effective relationships with team members and clients.
• U.S. citizenship is required for this position based on government contract stipulations.
