About This Role:

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team in Dallas, providing critical administrative support to the Market Leader. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, driving business results, and supporting our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination.
  • Collect and prepare essential information for presentations, meetings, and reports.
  • Manage expense reports, invoices, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate department meetings, special events, and office activities.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant or operations coordinator.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, accounting software, and Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Salary and Benefits:
  • An estimated annual salary range of $49,600 - $61,760, based on location, experience, and qualifications.
