Job Description

The Assistant Branch Manager is the leader and primary point of contact for issues or concerns regarding the operations and functionality behind the teller line and among the staff. This position leads in assisting customers with all types of account requests, open accounts, process consumer loans, and cross-sell products and services.

This role involves managing the branch staff by maintaining open lines of communication, holding team meetings, and providing individual coaching to create a productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Union Bank's products and services, basic math skills, and proficient computer skills.

The Assistant Branch Manager will also be responsible for leading by example, supporting, and assisting the branch in achieving goals set by management on a consistent basis. Additionally, this role involves assisting customers with all account and non-real estate consumer loan requests, leading the branch with overall product and service knowledge, and serving as a positive role model in achieving branch and individual goals.

This position requires regular and reliable attendance, ability to stand and/or walk for prolonged periods, and occasional lifting and/or carrying up to 50 lbs.
