We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of business principles, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The role involves building strong relationships with customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and presenting Servpro's products and services to potential clients.

\

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.\
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.\
  • Present and sell Servpro's products and services to potential clients, utilizing marketing materials and demonstrating a clear understanding of customer needs.\
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer information.\
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new sales strategies and execute referral and client appreciation activities.\
  • Participate actively in professional association and networking events to promote Servpro's brand and build industry relationships.\
  • Work closely with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth and profitability.\
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty among existing clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business-to-business sales, ideally within the service sector.\
  • Competitive mindset with a drive to succeed and ability to work autonomously.\
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.\
  • Ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and travel up to 90% locally.\
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience preferred.

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000-$50,000 + commission structure.
