Growth Oriented Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Oriented Account Executive to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our supplemental health benefits products to clients in the Topeka area and surrounding regions.
With a strong sales background and excellent communication skills, you will have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products to new individuals and groups
- Prospect and contact potential customers to generate leads
- Learn and utilize our proven sales system to drive results
- Set and achieve activity goals by deadlines
Requirements:
- Previous experience in direct, outside or B2B sales preferred
- Insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hiring
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and performance. Our compensation package includes 100% commission, uncapped earning potential, bonuses, and incentives.
