Position: Manufacturing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of ultrasonic tooling production, enhancing efficiency and output.
  • Manage tool shop personnel, ensuring effective daily operations, performance reviews, and ongoing training and development.
  • Implement production schedules aligned with business unit objectives and customer demands.
  • Maintain raw material inventory levels and collaborate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
  • Oversee the maintenance program and ensure the proper functioning of all equipment.
  • Uphold quality and safety standards, engaging in corrective actions as required.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Familiarity with machining techniques and CNC machinery.
  • Proven leadership, coaching, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) and ERP production management systems.
