We are seeking a Harm Reduction Outreach Specialist to join our Care Coordination Services Agency. This role is pivotal in fostering connections and providing essential support to individuals who use drugs.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Harm Reduction Outreach Specialist, your duties will include:

  • Conducting outreach and engagement initiatives with individuals who use drugs
  • Providing education focused on risk reduction
  • Facilitating linkage and navigation to necessary services
  • Performing brief assessments to identify client needs

Compensation:
The minimum salary for this position is $38,000.00/year, with a maximum salary of $38,000.00/year.

Work Schedule:
This position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of experience working with individuals who use drugs
