Job Summary

Her Song is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Victim Outreach and Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing critical support services to victims of crime and abuse, while also building relationships with regional jails, prisons, and community organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Survivor Care Coordinator with incoming Hope Line calls and local care coordination support for community clients.
  • Support incoming residents through the intake process at Her Song's residential program.
  • Organize and facilitate outreach groups in jails and the community.
  • Provide local resources and referrals to outreach clients.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with strategic partners, including law enforcement, the judiciary, service provider agencies, and national referral networks.
  • Ensure accurate data capture in case management software to measure program outcomes.
  • Represent Her Song at community, regional, and statewide meetings and events.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in leading educational and recovery groups.
  • Knowledge of best practices in trauma-responsive programming.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Highly trainable and flexible, with knowledge of trauma, addiction, and human trafficking.
  • Basic knowledge of community resources.
  • Valid driving record and computer proficiency.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field preferred.
