Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is dedicated to providing essential intervention services for families facing challenges, referred by the Department of Children and Families. Our aim is to equip families with the necessary resources and support to prevent children from entering the foster care system.
We strive to cultivate communities free from abuse, neglect, and abandonment, while offering guidance to parents or caregivers who may lack support.
In this field-based position, you will collaborate with the Family Case Manager to implement Family Preservation Plans, providing direct assistance to families in their homes or community settings. Your responsibilities will include:
- Transporting children and families to various appointments and events.
- Observing and documenting family progress, sharing insights with the Family Case Manager.
This role is crucial in ensuring families have the resources needed to stabilize and develop into healthy, nurturing households where children can thrive and grow into confident individuals.
Position Details:Salary: Competitive hourly rate based on education and relevant experience, with eligibility for a sign-on bonus.
Schedule: Full-time with a flexible schedule to accommodate family needs; this is not a traditional 9-5 role.

Qualifications:Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
