Job Title: Regional Systems Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Systems Specialist to join our team at the Texas Department of Aging & Disability Services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Troubleshoot and resolve complex computer-related problems
* Set up and configure equipment for employee use
* Install, maintain, and upgrade hardware and software
* Provide exceptional customer service and support
* Assist in maintaining the local area network and wide area network

Requirements:

* Knowledge of network facilities and data processing techniques
* Ability to recognize, analyze, and resolve network and computer systems problems
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems

Working Conditions:

* Works under general supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment
* May train others

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* 2+ years of experience in computer systems support
