Job Description

Asset Living is a third-party management firm with a proven track record of fostering thriving communities nationwide. As a Regional Facilities Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the physical aspects of our properties meet the highest standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide maintenance support functions across multiple locations within a designated region, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Perform technical and mechanical work, including repairs, maintenance, and preventative measures to ensure the overall functionality and safety of our properties.
  • Assist with makereadies, workorders, curb appeal, and capital expenditure projects, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Complete documentation and other paperwork in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring service requests are properly tracked and documented.
  • Assist in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities, including picking up trash and debris, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, and performing general cleaning and painting as needed.
  • Support cost-cutting and expense control programs by fixing rather than replacing parts, being mindful of material and supply usage, and practicing proper tool and equipment usage.
  • Comply with Asset Living's safety and risk-management policies, attending and participating in routine safety meetings, completing required training, and reporting accidents and incidents promptly and accurately.

Requirements:

  • EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
  • All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
  • Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business and deadline needs.
  • Ability to work a schedule during normal work hours and that may be other than Monday-Friday, 8-5.
