ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will embody the principles of EOS, ensuring they are the right fit for the right role. We seek a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial construction, particularly in fire alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct project estimations
  • Identify necessary resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop plans to meet deadlines and maintain budgetary constraints
  • Oversee and manage field personnel and subcontractors on a daily basis
  • Ensure compliance with construction standards and codes
  • Foster and maintain customer relationships to secure ongoing work
  • Continuously seek new business opportunities

This position is accountable for achieving quarterly and annual objectives, which may include:

  • Gross Profit % recognition
  • Training and development initiatives
  • Direct customer interactions

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

A minimum of ten years of experience in fire alarm design and installation is essential. Candidates should possess a thorough understanding of NFPA standards and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High School diploma with relevant project management training or related field.

Experience: At least ten years of experience with an electrical design-build contractor.

Certifications: NICET Level 3 or 4 certification is required.
