Job Title: Retail Store Manager

Cannabis & Glass is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team in Ontario, Oregon. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our retail store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales growth, and maintain a safe and clean store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of retail store employees to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Operations team to implement company-wide initiatives and projects.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure a safe and clean store environment, including maintaining a high level of customer service and adhering to company standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in the cannabis industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing employee engagement.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
