About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Team Member to join our dynamic team at Goodwill Industries of Central Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of merchandise, including sorting, labeling, and recording.
  • Conduct quality control checks on items, including testing precious metals and gemstones.
  • Create high-quality item listings and photographs for online sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management setting is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
  • Frequent exposure to airborne particles.
