Fleet Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fleet Sales Lead to join our team at Curo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the fleet function and building it from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and source commercial fleets that can leverage our Virtual Depots, both proactively and reactively.
- Conduct outreach and bring fleet partners from 0 to 1, preparing them for launch at our Virtual Depots.
- Work on operations, including partnerships, sales channels, market segmentation, and implementation, creating processes from scratch.
- Interact daily with customers, listening to their needs and learning how to solve their problems.
- Manage and onboard customers, ranging from large corporations to family-run businesses.
- Grow the fleet function with speed, ensuring scalability for a future fleet team.
- Use your intuition to act quickly, being proactive and learning alongside the team.
- A background in sales, EVs, or fleet is beneficial but not required. We are looking for a rockstar with grind, hustle, and humility.
- Desirable skills include sales/account management, commercial fleets, and the EV charging market.
- Prior experience as a founder or on a founding team is a bonus.
- You must be comfortable with constant context switching and new tasks, including manual data sourcing, cold calls, and emails.
- You should be a team player who is motivated to learn, grow, and sacrifice evenings and weekends to build Curo.
- You take an empathetic, collaborative approach to creation, prioritizing customer feedback and experience.
- You are excited to travel, sometimes at a moment's notice.
- You operate with a high level of ownership and pride, taking extreme autonomy and being deeply self-motivated.
- You are resilient with a growth mindset, able to fall, learn, and get back up again.
- You have a strong intuition and ask for forgiveness rather than permission.
We are a 6-person startup on a mission to accelerate electrification. We are creating the first Virtual Depot platform for fleet vehicles, helping fleets to electrify at a fraction of the cost and time, while providing key utilization to existing EV charging and parking asset owners.
