Salary: $123,000 - $230,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AFSIM Analyst to join our team of experts in the Air Combat and Strike Mission Analysis Group.

Job Description:

  • Develop and evaluate models and concepts of employment for cutting-edge technologies such as advanced air platforms, strike weapons, and integrated multi-domain effects.
  • Collaborate with software development teams to improve customized tools, including designing efficient representations for large datasets, testing accurate interactions across interdependent algorithms, and automating production analysis pipelines.
  • Work with a team of analysts who will benefit from your experience, and senior engineers with whom you will guide the direction of analysis.
  • Have opportunities to engage in independent research projects that encourage creative solutions and reward independent initiative.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related area.
  • Demonstrated excellence working with AFSIM performing modeling, simulation, and analysis.
  • Knowledge in Air or Strike Warfare domains.
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative environment and communicate sophisticated ideas directly with government civilians, military officers, and other contractors.
  • Strong scripting and programming skills with any of the following languages: Python, MATLAB, C/C++, or JAVA.
