About the Role

Fiore & Sons Inc is a leading family-owned business in the construction industry, and we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction site personnel, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily and weekly activity reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in heavy construction, with a proven track record of supervising and managing construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment, including heavy machinery operation and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and employees.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management or related field preferred.
