Property Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Optimus Health Care, Inc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and assisting in the management of property maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assist in managing property maintenance projects, including budgeting and monitoring expenses.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify potential issues and report them to the Facilities Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure adherence to zoning and other regulations.
- Collaborate with outside contractors to inspect work performed and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and buildings as required.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, renovations, and equipment.
- Industry certification is highly desirable.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are an asset.
- Basic math skills and ability to manage budgets effectively.
