Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Operations Coordinator to join our team at the Charlestin Chiropractic Group LLC. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to the chiropractor and contribute to the smooth operation of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare treatment rooms for patient care, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist the chiropractor during procedures, including applying heat/ice packs or managing therapy equipment.
  • Monitor and document patient progress during therapies.
  • Educate patients on proper posture, stretching, and ergonomic practices as advised by the chiropractor.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Certification as a Chiropractic Assistant (preferred but not required).
  • Experience in a medical or chiropractic office is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., scheduling tools, EHR systems).
Salary:

$50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
