The Kaiser Permanente organization is expanding its Clinical Training Specialist Lead role to support the growth of its services. This Clinical Training Specialist Lead role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for clinical staff across the KPGA Region. These programs will be tailored to meet the specific needs of each region, ensuring that all employees have the knowledge and skills required to deliver exceptional patient care. Additionally, the Clinical Training Specialist Lead will conduct regular evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is required, along with relevant experience in training and development. Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques is also essential for this position.
