THE ROLE:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Senior Program Management Engineer to join our Network Technology Solutions Group (NTSG). Our team promotes continuous innovation and is committed to supporting your professional development.

THE INDIVIDUAL:
You will play a crucial role in supporting our NTSG and will be part of the team responsible for preparing our hardware for production release. This position is ideal for an experienced Senior Engineer specializing in Yield Management and Failure Analysis, capable of driving initiatives to successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a background in manufacturing, demand planning, or supply chain roles, preferably within the high-tech hardware or semiconductor sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of product lifecycle management and quality assurance processes necessary during the development phase.
2. Collaborate with product, hardware, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure that products fulfill performance, quality, and reliability standards set by our customers.
3. Lead efforts with internal ASIC, hardware, software, and manufacturing teams to gather and compile Root Cause Analysis (RCA) data.
4. Establish a data collection repository, validating logs, timelines, and operational sequences related to the technical root causes of failures.
5. Work alongside engineering and manufacturing teams to identify the root causes of failures in production and field settings, implementing corrective actions to address gaps in manufacturing processes, design standards, compliance, and management systems.
6. Collaborate with customer-facing teams, providing regular updates on follow-up actions and customer inquiries.
7. Present findings during RCA reviews with leadership, offering insights for future programs as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. A minimum of 8 years of experience in technical program management or failure analysis, demonstrating a capacity to deliver impactful results.
2. A collaborative, problem-solving mindset to engage effectively with multiple stakeholder groups and external partners.
3. Proficiency in conducting technical deep dives into ASIC, platform design, and verification processes, as well as manufacturing workflows.
4. Ability to analyze and summarize extensive, complex data from various sources and teams, with knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies such as the 5-why technique and root cause mapping.
5. Strong interpersonal skills, including clear communication and empathetic listening.
6. Proven ability to present and influence key stakeholders and leadership teams in driving improvements and efficiencies in significant organizational matters.
7. Effective individual skills such as discipline, time management, decision-making, and planning, with the ability to summarize results through reports.
8. Capability to plan and execute work while adapting to a rapidly changing environment.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
