NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Board Test Engineering to join our team. As a key member of our Test Solutions Group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing test solutions for board and module products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement manufacturing test strategies for boards and modules, translating them into methodologies and processes applicable across GPU and Data Center product segments.
  • Develop test plans and strategies for new product features, including identification, specification, design, and qualification of test fixtures, test equipment, and diagnostic software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test content and solutions in Python, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Investigate and introduce new manufacturing test technologies and methodologies to improve production efficiency and quality.
  • Lead and advise a team of engineers to coordinate product line development, ensuring timely and effective delivery of test solutions.
  • Guide teams in resolving technical problems and implementing process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in post-silicon validation, with a focus on board or system products.
  • 2+ years of management experience or leading technical teams and projects.
  • BS Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Background in designing and implementing test plans for hardware products, including defining test methodologies, developing test scripts, and creating test fixtures.
  • Experience working with manufacturing test programs at the boards level.
  • Experience with Python programming and bash scripting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.
