About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer Program Manager to join our Network Technology Solutions Group at Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD). As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our hardware development and release to production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for our Network Technology Solutions Group and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet customer requirements.
  • Lead and partner with internal teams to collect and compile Root Cause Analysis (RCA) information, identify technical root causes of failure, and implement corrective actions.
  • Partner with customer-facing teams to provide regular updates on follow-up actions and customer requests.
  • Present RCA reviews to the Leadership Team and provide learning for future programs as needed.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management or failure analysis with a proven track record of delivering results and impact.
  • Collaborative problem-solving approaches to work across multiple stakeholders' groups and external partners.
  • Ability to extract and summarize large, complex data from multiple data sources and teams.
  • Knowledge of root cause analysis, 5-why methodology, and root cause mapping techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate clearly and listen empathetically.
  • Established track record of presenting and influencing key stakeholders and leadership teams in driving improvement and efficiencies.
