Senior Clinic Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinic Nurse to join our team at Pacific Medical Centers. As a Senior Clinic Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality comprehensive nursing care to our patients in accordance with the Washington State Nurse Practice Act and Pacific Medical Center's ASC By-Laws.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, direct, and deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the ASC setting.
- Collaborate with other members of the ASC healthcare team to provide procedural sedation services.
- Follow professional standards of nursing practice, procedures, and protocols.
- Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff as needed.
- Nursing degree (Baccalaureate, Associate, or Diploma) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Coursework/training in conscious sedation and equipment used within the ASC department.
- Washington Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- 3 years recent RN experience in an in-patient care or ASC setting.
- 3 years recent experience in an ASC or acute care setting: Critical care, Operating Room, Emergency Room, Recovery Room, Endoscopy, GI Lab.
- Coursework/training in equipment and instrument sterilization.
- Coursework/training in sterile technique.
- Certification in specialty (CCRN Certification, CNOR Certification, or CGRN Certification).
