We are in search of a committed Registered Nurse to become a part of our esteemed team at Lubbock Heart Hospital. As a Clinical Resource Nurse, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding care to our patients.
Position Overview:
- Accountable for the daily clinical management of a designated area
- Engages in direct patient care approximately 75% of the time, with the remaining 25% dedicated to administrative responsibilities
- Collaborates with fellow staff members to optimize resource sharing and facilitate staff training
- Assumes a leadership position during shifts
- Completion of an accredited nursing program
- At least 3 years of clinical experience in a critical or acute care environment, with a preference for management experience
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
- Actively engages in the provision of patient care and associated services
- Oversees patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Guides patients and their families in post-discharge care techniques
- Delegates tasks to non-licensed personnel as appropriate
- Participates in peer evaluations and the professional growth of staff
- Leads efforts in maintaining a patient-centered care approach
