We are in search of a committed Registered Nurse to become a part of our esteemed team at Lubbock Heart Hospital. As a Clinical Resource Nurse, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding care to our patients.

Position Overview:
  • Accountable for the daily clinical management of a designated area
  • Engages in direct patient care approximately 75% of the time, with the remaining 25% dedicated to administrative responsibilities
  • Collaborates with fellow staff members to optimize resource sharing and facilitate staff training
  • Assumes a leadership position during shifts
Qualifications:
  • Completion of an accredited nursing program
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience in a critical or acute care environment, with a preference for management experience
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively engages in the provision of patient care and associated services
  • Oversees patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
  • Guides patients and their families in post-discharge care techniques
Team Responsibilities:
  • Delegates tasks to non-licensed personnel as appropriate
  • Participates in peer evaluations and the professional growth of staff
  • Leads efforts in maintaining a patient-centered care approach
