Job Title: Senior Technology Manager

BTI Services is hiring a Senior Technology Manager to oversee various projects in Washington DC. The ideal candidate will have experience managing technical and personnel aspects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution:
    • Create detailed project plans, outlining objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Provide technical direction and oversight to cross-functional teams.
  • Team Leadership & Personnel Management:
    • Manage subcontractors and external resources, ensuring compliance with contractual and quality standards.
    • Ensure consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management & Problem Solving:
    • Identify project risks, issues, and challenges, and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
    • Proactively resolve discrepancies and conflicts between team members or stakeholders.
  • Budget & Cost Control:
    • Manage project budgets, ensuring that projects remain within the approved financial scope.
    • Monitor expenses, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Demonstrated understanding of IT and engineering principles.

Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year
