About This Role: As a Senior Director of Technology, you will lead our A-Team in developing innovative Access Governance solutions. With Oracle's unparalleled Access Governance native cloud SaaS solution, you will empower enterprises to proactively manage access and governance.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients on the best possible implementation of Oracle Access & Governance and Identity solutions in the enterprise.
  • Define and implement robust architectural solutions demonstrating Oracle technologies, aligned with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure technical solutions are scalable, secure, highly available, and aligned with industry-standard methodologies.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of access governance frameworks, emphasizing industry-standard IGA solutions.
  • Develop and carry out access control policies to safeguard sensitive data and assets within customer enterprises.
  • Collaborate closely with Development and Product Management teams to ensure AG services evolve according to customer needs.
  • Lead a distributed team of solutions architects ensuring customer success and high satisfaction with Oracle's AG service.
