VitalCore Health Strategies is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Clinical Supervisor to join our team at the Community Corrections Treatment Center in Smyrna, Delaware.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and guiding mental health professionals who provide direct care to incarcerated individuals. This role involves working with all disciplines on the Behavioral Health Unit to ensure the provision of quality mental health services and addressing the psychological needs of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as point of contact for administrative staff for discussion of treatment programs and problem resolution.
  • Coordinate development and revision of policies and procedures for the identification, assessment, and provision of required clinical services for inmates.
  • Supervise the planning, development, and implementation of treatment programs contracted to VitalCore.
  • Provide clinical supervision to staff of Behavioral Health Services.
  • Monitor efforts of Mental Health Services to ensure clinical services are being provided in a timely, professional manner.
  • Ensure treatment programs contracted are integrated and appropriately staffed.
  • Provide administrative support to psychiatric staff. Assist coordinators in recruitment and selection of clinical staff.
  • Coordinate facility behavioral health Quality Improvement Program.

Requirements:

  • Must be a Licensed, Master's Level Behavioral Health Clinician who can assess and make treatment decisions and provide Mental Health treatment.
  • Must have one of the following licenses: LPC, LCSW.
  • Previous experience as a Mental Health Clinician.
