We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of Mental Health Nurse Supervisor at Ridgeview Institute - Smyrna. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the coordinated delivery of patient care in accordance with established standards of care, mental health practice, and hospital policy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to promote a safe and effective work environment.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care goals.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility.
  • Currently licensed to practice by the Georgia Board of Nursing.
  • Thorough knowledge of The JOINT COMMISSION, CMS, OSHA requirements, and state and federal regulatory requirements.
