Our unique offerings include immersive language programs in French, Spanish, and Mandarin for children aged birth to 5 years.
We are currently seeking a dedicated After School Teacher/Driver to facilitate engaging, developmentally-appropriate activities that promote children's physical, social, and emotional growth while enhancing their multilingual skills.
Key Responsibilities- Support the daily operations of the childcare center, either as a Floating Teacher or Summer Camp Counselor, caring for children aged 0-12 years.
- Safely transport children to and from field trips using a company vehicle.
- Ensure a secure environment within the vehicle.
- Assist children with buckling and unbuckling their car seats/boosters as necessary.
- Verify that children are properly restrained according to their Transportation Authorization forms.
- Foster a positive and nurturing relationship with all children.
- Provide attentive and loving care to each child.
- Contribute to the overall operations of the center.
We are particularly interested in candidates who possess:
- Prior experience in childcare, education, or related fields (preferred).
- A clean driving record (required).
- Experience in transporting children safely.
- Experience driving larger vehicles.
- A passion for working with children.
- The ability to establish rapport with children.
- The capability to lift up to 45 lbs.
- A positive and patient attitude.
- The legal right to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship is not available).
- Enrollment in the Oregon Central Background Registry - a $200 signing bonus is available for applicants already enrolled in the CBR.
