Key Responsibilities:
Collect blood samples from patients using various techniques, including venipuncture and capillary puncture
Label and process specimens according to established procedures
Ensure accurate and efficient specimen collection and processing
Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff to ensure smooth specimen collection
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to OSHA and DEP regulations
Requirements:
Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where you will be employed
Minimum of 6 months' work experience performing venipunctures in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting
Reliable transportation with at least 4 years of licensed driving experience and possess a valid driver's license issued in the state of residence
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
High School Diploma or GED
