- Meet basic patient care needs through both administrative and clinical duties
- Work in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols
- Provide high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Graduate of an accredited school for medical assistants or alternate training program
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Medical assisting experience in a clinic setting (0-6 months)
- Preferred qualifications: National Medical Assistant Certification upon hire, 6 months of prior experience providing a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment, 6 months of previous experience in a healthcare setting working with an Electronic Health record (EHR)
