Hepaco, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising Field Technicians and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of projects and emergency responses.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train Field Technicians to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Execute projects and emergency responses within budget and on time, while maintaining a focus on safety and quality.
- Enforce and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and H&S standards and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with the Coordinator to coordinate manpower, equipment, and resources required for field service and emergency response projects.
- Manage large-scale field service and emergency response projects as directed.
- Previous experience in a physically intensive role and a supervisory or leadership role.
- Ability to travel for extended periods and be on-call for emergency responses.
- Valid driver's license and ability to perform physical functions required for the job.
- Successful completion of a background check, drug test, and physical.
- Previous experience with heavy equipment and environmental or industrial experience.
- Commercial driver's license and experience with hazardous materials handling.
