Job Title: Field Service Foreman

Hepaco, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising Field Technicians and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of projects and emergency responses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train Field Technicians to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Execute projects and emergency responses within budget and on time, while maintaining a focus on safety and quality.
  • Enforce and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and H&S standards and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with the Coordinator to coordinate manpower, equipment, and resources required for field service and emergency response projects.
  • Manage large-scale field service and emergency response projects as directed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a physically intensive role and a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Ability to travel for extended periods and be on-call for emergency responses.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to perform physical functions required for the job.
  • Successful completion of a background check, drug test, and physical.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with heavy equipment and environmental or industrial experience.
  • Commercial driver's license and experience with hazardous materials handling.
