At Timmons Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Systems Technician to join our team in Richmond, VA. As a key member of our Environmental Group, you will be responsible for delivering technically sound products that meet internal and external client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in Environmental Science or a closely related discipline, and/or equivalent work experience. They will be capable of correctly operating technical analysis and computer equipment, and possess strong technical verbal and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities will include assisting with field investigations and report preparations, wetland data forms, joint permit applications, phase 1 environmental site assessments, and wetland mitigation monitoring. The successful candidate will also be able to read technical literature and engineering plans, and be capable and willing to perform field tasks in all types of weather in often demanding outdoor conditions and terrain.
